Useful Information for our Guests

Cancelling your room reservation is only possible free of charge up to 6 weeks before the arrival date. We will charge 70% of the booked stay for a postponed arrival or an early departure. For a short stay of up to 3 days we charge an additional 10% per person and day. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance (approximately 5% of the trip price).

To settle the hotel invoice, we prefer checks or cash. We would like to point out that as per Italian law, cash payments of only up to a maximum of € 2.999.00 are permitted. We accept credit cards such as Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and your debit card. However, you are welcome to transfer an amount free of charge to us in advance. Let us know, and we will then inform you of the relevant details. If you pay the entire accommodation costs to our account, you will receive a spa voucher worth € 20.00 (valid from 7 nights) from hotel Sonnbichl.

Small dogs are accepted and are not permitted in the dining hall, the terrace, the bar and the sunbathing area. We charge €7.00 per day without pet food.

On the day of arrival you can check in from 2:30pm. Please check out on your day of departure by 11:00am.

If the “B” junior suite is booked as a single room, we charge an additional 40%; 30% for the “D” double room.
