We felt at home from the very first minute. We were warmly welcomed, and special requests were fulfilled without any problems. The location high above Merano is fantastic, yet the hotel is quietly situated in a side street. The breakfast was exceptional, and the overall service was excellent. I would particularly like to recommend the spa facilities. My wife had a fantastic beauty treatment which she raved about.
